Zoey Bird

Office Manager/Case Manager

Zoey joined Global Mediation in September 2008. She has 18 years experience including working for a senior partner at a central London accountancy firm. She has worked in a variety of interesting and varied industries including aeronautical design, an eyelash design company, for Malaysian royalty and in recruitment for MI5 and the British intelligence services.

In her role as Office Manager, Zoey oversees the smooth and efficient running of the Global Mediation office. As a Case Manager, she arranges the mediation process from initial contact, selecting the most suitable mediator for each individual case based on their experience through to completion ensuring all Global Mediation’s clients receive a dedicated, individualised service.

Outside of the office environment, Zoey has two sons, is a self-confessed ‘shoeaholic’ and is a perennially frustrated West Ham fan.
