ADAM GERSCH, Managing Director

ADAM GERSCH graduated with a law degree from Nottingham Trent University and was called to the Bar in 1993. He became an accredited Mediator in 1999 before founding Global Mediation Ltd.

As a lawyer he has presented cases in courts and tribunals throughout the UK and overseas (the US District Court in Palm Beach; Washington DC; US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the US Supreme Court) and continues to practise criminal law.

Adam has extensive experience of mediation both in the UK and USA and has participated in mediations in both jurisdictions.  He has acted variously as mediator, legal advisor, case manager and party and has also been involved in assisting with the set up of dispute resolution systems including advising and training for key officials from the Government of Ireland.

Adam has lectured on Human Rights and Criminal Law for the Open University/College of Law and has taught advocacy at the BPP Bar Vocational Course. He is currently external examiner for Criminal Procedure at the BPP QLT Course.  Adam has provided training to mediators and non-mediators on numerous aspects of conflict management and resolution.
