DEBBIE MARCOVITCH - Case Manager

DEBBIE MARCOVITCH was the IT Helpdesk Manager at a top-five City Law firm prior to joining Global Mediation in 2001.  Since qualifying with a BA (Hons) in European Business Systems, she worked in the Legal IT Sector as a Trainer and Support Analyst, responsible for a large team and the day-to-day running of the helpdesk. 

Debbie initially joined Global Mediation to help with the in-house computerised documentation system and then joined the team as Case Manager. She is responsible for making all the logistical arrangements for mediation and is usually the first point of contact for incoming referrals.

Debbie retains contact with all parties until a date for mediation is confirmed and a mediator assigned to the case. As Case Manager, Debbie ensures the smooth-running of all cases and ensures that all parties are dealt with in a non-judgmental and impartial manner. Parties have praised her sensitivity to the emotive and delicate nature of enquiries, and she ensures that all communications are dealt with in confidence unless agreed otherwise.   

In addition to Case Management, Debbie also has responsibility for Quality Control of the SEN Mediation Scheme and for the past four years has produced Global Mediation’s Annual SEN Mediation Report.
