Who we areKAREN HECKMAN - Office Manager KAREN HECKMAN joined us from one of London’s top City Law firms. She has 27 years managerial experience working primarily in Front of House. As Client Services Manager she was responsible for looking after the firm’s prestigious client base as well as managing a large team and the general day to day running of her department. She joined Global Mediation as Office Manager in the latter part of 2006 and will often be your first point of contact.
