Chantelle Hercules-Page

Chantelle joined Global Mediation in 2016 as a Case Manager. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration and was previously working for a law firm in an administrative role. Chantelle has taken on cases from the South East and South West regions and is involved in the entire process of arranging the mediation.

She takes initial calls from parents, local authorities and other representatives, finds a suitable mediator for each case and allocates a venue as well as arranging the relevant paperwork and documents.

Chantelle has been promoted to the role of Senior Case Manager and she now deals with the operational side of the office alongside managing the other Case Managers and case work.
