Why Global Mediation?

GLOBAL MEDIATION provides comprehensive, fixed price mediations.
We can manage the resolution of your dispute from start to settlement. We provide free confidential advice on mediation, without obligation. If you decide to proceed, a single fixed fee, payable by each party in advance, covers the whole process – there are no hidden extras. Typically, mediation is arranged within three weeks and successfully completed in one day.

Our all-inclusive fee covers:

• Encouraging the participation of all parties in the mediation process
• Administrative and logistical arrangements
• Preparation by the mediator prior to the mediation
• Simultaneous exchange of documents
• The services of a professional mediator for one day
• All disbursements – the venue, refreshments – even lunch is included

At the end of the mediation, the mediator can assist with the drafting of the settlement. We are fully committed to preserving client confidentiality. All case-related documents are either returned or shredded in the presence of the parties at the end of the mediation or destroyed following any follow-up required subsequent to the mediation.

All mediators are fully accredited and our panel consists of both lawyers and other specialists. As well as having individual expertise as mediators, all our mediators are carefully selected on their ability to demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and commitment to client service. All mediators are covered under our own policy of professional indemnity insurance, and comply with a strict Code of Conduct.
