Samihah Riaz

Samihah joined Global Mediation in January 2013 as a Case Manager. After graduating from Brunel University with a degree in History, she worked as a Learning Support Assistant in primary schools prior to joining the Global Mediation team.  Samihah has worked her way up in the company and is now operations manager of our ever-expanding, ever brilliant team of case managers.  Her role is to ensure the smooth running of the office, including case management, as well as bringing in new contracts and work, expanding commercial mediation, working closely with staff on appraisals and personal development and much more!

Global Mediation is one of the leading mediation services providers and I find the staff and mediators to be professional and friendly. I enjoy working for a company with a soul and moral and ethical values. My favourite part is being able to assist in bringing resolution and a way forward for people in need of help’

Samihah has two daughters, and in her spare time enjoys spending as much time with her family and friends as possible. She is an Arsenal FC fan and loves to cook
