Caroline is highly regarded for her analytical approach and legal knowledge and brings a sensitive, practical and commercial solution focussed approach to mediations which means that she “thinks outside the box,” encouraging the parties to any dispute to think in innovative ways; resulting in many disputes being resolved to a mutually satisfactory conclusion. She also has extensive experience of representing clients in mediations and therefore understands the stresses and pressures experienced by clients throughout the process. Caroline works throughout the UK either in person or by zoom/TEAMS.
